Mark is the Managing Partner and founder of Apex Executive Recruiting Inc. He brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the Medical and Surgical Device Industry. He has held executive management positions with premier companies such as Intuitive Surgical, Karl Storz Endoscopy, Stryker and Xomed Surgical. This real world experience enhances his consulting capabilities for both clients and candidates to ensure prudent decision making in regards to staffing and career development.
Bill joined Apex Executive Recruiting as Vice President in 2005. He started his career in 1995 and brings over ten years of executive search experience to the firm. His first six years were based in the high tech arena where he worked with major firms such as Stanton Chase International, Computer Generated Solutions and BearingPoint Consulting where he served in several different management capacities. In 2001 he transitioned into the Surgical Device Industry when he joined Karl Storz Endoscopy as Manager of Recruitment. At Karl Storz, Bill was successful in building a world class sales and marketing team for this international surgical device manufacturer.
Breanna joined Apex as an Executive Recruiter in 2013. She has fourteen years of outside sales experience; ten of which in the medical industry. After graduating from UCLA she began her career in B2B sales for Steelcase Inc. In 2003 she joined Pfizer as a sales representative where she spent 3 successful years selling in the office and hospital environments. In 2006 she continued her career in healthcare when she joined Ethicon (J&J) as a medical device representative. While at Ethicon she received club-level achievements to include “Elite Club” (highest commission earner over 3 year period), President’s Club and multiple $20k Stock Awards. Her line of products focused her efforts in highly competitive surgical markets such as: cardiothoracic, hernia, bariatric, plastics, and neuro/spine. Breanna’s experience as an accomplished sales professional give her the astute ability to identify highly qualified candidates and match them accordingly.
